+1 by Petesoper. This instrument runs standalone, unlike the others currently on the list. The other instruments that require PCs can be the cool dudes for data capture, but having something that can be immediately used will be a good thing too.
Other Suggestions

- CAT5/6 cable tester
- Cable covers for main room.
- Carts with wheels that can hold instrument/PC combos
- Air filtration fan/system for Woodshop.
- Board for 3D Printer. Most likely Gloria.
- Matching large shelf for boneyard.
- One or two heavy duty shelves for Hallway. 12"deep, 4-6' wide, and no more than 6'tall.
- Benches for woodshop. 10'in length to cover the right hand wall.
