Special Vote on Lease Renewal

Tonight we held a vote on whether to renew the lease at the Snow building for a term of one year. The new lease includes access to additional space and some remodelling concessions for air evacuation for an increased monthly cost.

16 voting members were present, which constitutes a quorum for a count of 29 members in September (the most recent completed dues period).

There were 15 votes in favor of the proposal to renew, and 1 vote against. The new lease was accepted.
