'''Emergency''': The Triluggers are having their christmas party at the space very soon. If TriLug is adhering to its normal schedule, they will have that meeting on December 9th. Given how many people from TriLug might well be interested in the space, it would behoove us to have it presented to its greatest advantage, so lets try and clean it up before then.

Since we get so much stuff, and we frequently aren't sure where to put, it would be good to have a monthly triage of stuff. Which sounds far more technical than regular cleaning.

Monthly Triage

It would be great to have an agreement in place that one day a month as many people as possible get together to clean up the space. This could be set to a recurring thing, like the 2nd saturday of every month, or an agreement that we will try and schedule a convenient day/evening each month.

While monthly seems like a good bet, once every two months could work as well if it resulted in a greater commitment of people.

First Cleanup

Emergency: The Triluggers are having their christmas party at the space on December 9th. Given how many people from TriLug might well be interested in the space, it would behoove us to have it presented to its greatest advantage, so lets try and clean it up before then.

The first cleanup will set the tone for this.

When: Dec 4th, starting at 10am.
