The Splat Space Summer Speaker Series (S⁵) is a planned series of talks by local experts on a specific theme. The theme for 2012 is imaginary property. Work is in progress to solicit additional presentations on copyright, patent, and trademark law and practice, especially as they impact the hacker, maker, free, libre, and open source movements.
