Given we have a number of projects involving welding, powertools, or other factors, we need one section of the space set aside for such work.
Location
Given current arrangement, and statements from the building manager, the corner directly across from the entrance is the likely best spot.
Requirements
- Work benches
- Ventilation system
- Floor covering (we can also rip up the carpet in that corner.
