- We are now on Google Maps
- We're not quite the first hit for Splatspace though; Downtown Durham is. We need to make Splatspace or relevant in its own search results.
- We now have a Github Organization
- Git is a Free Software "source control management" tool, and it's excellent for collaborating on text-based projects (like books, websites, or software)
- Anyone is free to create and collaborate on any project. Talk to Alan, JC, Ashley, or Lenore for more info

- TRILUG meeting went really well. 40 people showed up for the December 9th meeting, which is a lot for the time and location.
- TRILUG might be interested in future meetings here

- BB&T provides vendor services, e.g. a donate button
- 2.46%, $0.16 for BB&T
- 2.6% $0.19 for Paypal
- Spreedly works with BB&T -- just $0.20 per transaction with Spreedly
- All data will be up on the wiki, and emailed to the list

- If you just need a kit and no tools, let Scott know

- One of the Model Train club members is doing a workshop on Airbrushing.

- CUPCAKES -- Global hackerspace challenge
- Send a cupcake, intact via post, to another hackerspace
- Cupcake is standard size or larger with frosting and a sugar based decoration. Homemade or made in hackerspace.
- Ship it 1000 mi. Bonus points for overseas.
- 1ft by 1ft by 1ft. Max weight 4 lbs.
- Can't cost more than $50
- Video must be uploaded while opening package
- Ustream link going on the Jan 15th.
