Welcome by Shaw.

Addressing the creeping meeting length: approved MIBS back in the day. More formal than we use, but we want to keep member reports SHORT- about one minute. Presider will move it along if it runs long.

Approval of draft of last mtg.

Officer Reports

  • Account balances:
    • BB&T balance as of 02/07: $6607.55 available
    • WePay balance as of 02/07: $50
    • Square balance as of 02/07: $0
    • Total balance as of 02/07: $6657.55

  • This month's income:
    • WePay - $1742.80
    • BB&T Deposits - $290
    • Square Deposits - $306.32
    • Total: $2339.12

  • This month's expenses:
    • UDI Rent - $1640.00
    • Linode.com - $20
    • Total: $1660

  • Income - expenses = $671.89

This is a good month to bring up the consent agenda items. We've needed to do improvements and repairs for a while, but lacked the funds or a plan to do so. We have been steady on income, mostly because of great dues payments and Wepay subscriptions. We are up this month because we gained members, and a few of the people who pay quarterly paid dues in January.

Thanks for supporting the Space. 2017 is going to be interesting and fun for Splat!
