Splat Space will spend up to $300 per month, dependent upon monthly income, for approximately six months to repair, replace and do improvements on the shared space and equipment.

This is a good month to bring up the consent agenda items. We've needed to do improvements and repairs for a while, but lacked the funds or a plan to do so. We have been steady on income, mostly because of great dues payments and Wepay subscriptions. We are up this month because we gained members, and a few of the people who pay quarterly paid dues in January.
